Environmental Services

Sewer-Matic offers a broad range of environmental services which cover removal, transportation, processing and disposal of hazardous and/or waste material. Sewer-Matic has developed an Emergency Response Assistance Plan (ERAP) to facilitate an effective response to emergencies affecting life, property, or the environment. As with all Sewer-Matic services, the ERAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hazardous Waste

Sewer-Matic is fully licensed by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to collect, transport, receive and process hazardous and non-hazardous waste. This includes solid & liquid waste, sewage, oils & oily water, commercial & industrial waste, contaminated soils, and other waste related to spill clean up. We also provide clean up services for flooded or contaminated locations.

Waste Transfer/Processing Facility

Our fully-equipped, licensed waste transfer/ processing facility can receive waste for temporary storage, processing, recycling and/or final disposal. This facility can handle the majority of Ontario hazardous and non-hazardous waste classes and all materials undergo extensive sampling and testing in our laboratory to determine compatability for safe processing.
