3M® Chemical Grouts

Sewer-Matic Services uses Scotch-Seal™ Chemical Grouts from 3M. These grouts have been designed to help solve a wide variety of water control and water shut-off problems. Because they are water reactive, Scotch-Seal™ Chemical Grouts change from a water flowing polyurethane liquid to a water-impermeable solid. In addition, these water reactive grouts have the ability to react directly with leaking water and are designed to be used in repairs and new construction projects as a preventative measure.
